We put a lot of care into what we do—from curating healthy, happy plants to packing each order with intention. Every plant, every sticker, every wrap is done by hand to make sure your new plant baby arrives safe.

 

We do our best to prep and protect each shipment, but once it’s in the hands of USPS, some things are out of our control. If anything goes sideways, we’re always here to help—but we appreciate patience and kindness along the way.
